Policy scope

This policy applies to BRAHM AI Agents, operated by Royal Web 3 Blockchain & Brahm AI.

Trial plans

Trial plans and consumed demo access are generally non-refundable.

Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved after billing review.

Usage-based and third-party charges

Telecom usage, number provisioning, third-party provider fees, setup charges, and consumed usage-based costs may be non-refundable.

Duplicate or billing errors

If a duplicate charge or technical billing error occurs, users may contact support for review. Approved refunds, if any, are usually processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
